Kk8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms of use for the kk8 platform, including user rights and responsibilities, account rules, transaction information in MYR, and the policies governing all activities on this platform.
Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any kk8 services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kk8 platform at https://kk8.wine, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the kk8 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the kk8 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
The kk8 platform is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. kk8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not comply with this requirement.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to maintain one active account on the kk8 platform. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested in the registration form. You are responsible for keeping your profile information current whenever changes occur.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. kk8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Contact support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.
- Enable two-factor authentication if available in your account settings.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the kk8 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which constitute a breach of the terms of use:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to manipulate, cheat, or exploit any vulnerability in the platform's gaming or payment systems.
- Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about kk8 or other users.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activities.
- Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.
- Attempting to access areas of the platform that are not authorised for general users.
Kk8 reserves the right to take immediate action — including suspending or closing the account of any user found to be in breach of the above rules — without prior notice.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the kk8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and other local online banking options available at the time of transaction.
Deposits: Users are responsible for ensuring that all bank account or e-wallet details are accurate before confirming any deposit. kk8 is not liable for any delays or failed deposits resulting from incorrect information entered by the user.
Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to kk8's internal verification process. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, as well as processing times, are stated in your account wallet section. kk8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal to meet compliance requirements.
Bonuses & credits: Any bonuses or credits awarded to users are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash unless all wagering requirements have been fully met. kk8 reserves the right to void any bonus if its terms of use are violated.
Kk8 is not responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by third-party payment service providers.
5. Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Kk8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, illegal activity, or system manipulation. In cases of closure due to a breach, any account balance may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users may also request voluntary account closure through the account settings section or by contacting customer support. All eligible balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy within a reasonable timeframe.
Liability Limits
The kk8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. kk8 does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical delays. kk8 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from technical disruptions, system delays, or inaccessibility beyond kk8's control.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kk8 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of kk8 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes without express written permission from kk8.

The kk8 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. kk8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
